Your skin should be clean, without make up and if possible it would be good to come to your appointment with no makeup.
Avoid taking anti-inflammatory drugs (e.g. Mesulid, Brufen, Voltaren) and pain killers (e.g. aspirin) for at least a week before the treatment, as they increase the possibility of bruising during the treatment.
It would be best not to consume alcohol 24 hours before your treatment.

It is recommended to avoid makeup for at least 24 hours after the treatment.
You can wash your face, from the very first day after your treatment, with a mild facial cleanser.
Avoid intense physical exercise, sauna and exposure to high temperatures for 2 weeks after your treatment.
Do not use products with retinol and AHA acids for at least 1 week after your treatment.
If small bruises appear at the treatment sites, apply Arnica cream topically until they subside.
It is good to minimize – as much as possible – exposure to the sun in the first days after the treatment. The daily use of sun cream with a high protection SPF is essential.
